Number of injured in Crocus City Hall terrorist attack rises to 152 (UPDATED)

BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 24. The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has reported that the number of injured in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall has increased to 152 people, with 133 fatalities, according to Trend.

At 21:11 (GMT +4), the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region of Russia stated that the number of injured in the attack had risen to 147 people. Three injured individuals have been discharged from hospitals near Moscow, while 105 remain in inpatient treatment and 31 are in outpatient care.

By 17:37 (GMT +4), the death toll from the attack had reached 133 people, as reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia.

At 14:01 (GMT +4), the death toll had increased to 115 people, according to the Investigative Committee of Russia.

By 12:41 (GMT+4), the death toll had risen to 93 people, with over 100 people injured, as reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia. The initial causes of death were gunshot wounds and poisoning from combustion products, with terrorists setting fire to combustible liquid on the Crocus Hall grounds.

During the attack, the terrorists used automatic guns, which were later found by investigators. The incident began when unidentified individuals started shooting at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, leading to evacuations.

Witnesses described individuals in camouflage attire firing machine guns inside Crocus City Hall just before a scheduled concert by the Picnic group.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was informed by Director of the Federal Security Service of Russia Alexander Bortnikov about the detention of 11 individuals, including four terrorists involved in the attack at Crocus City Hall.
