Nosferatu's Director Reveals The 'Demented' Scene He Had To Cut

Universal Pictures and Focus Features have released a remake of the horror classic “Nosferatu” featuring Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Bill Skarsgård, and Willem Defoe. Director Robert Eggers revealed a gruesome detail about the vampire character Count Orlok, mentioning that his eyes, ears, and even his anus were intended to be bleeding in a final shot, although the scene was ultimately cut for being too comical. Despite receiving rave reviews, viewers who are squeamish may want to steer clear of this terrifying adaptation.
