North Korea has declared its newly test-launched intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), the Hwasong-19, as “the world’s strongest” despite its impractical size for wartime use, according to experts. The missile soared higher and lasted longer in flight than previous tests, but foreign analysts doubt its ability to reach mainland America. The large size of the missile and its transporter erector launcher raise concerns about combat deployment and survivability in the event of conflict.
