A North Carolina furniture manufacturer, Willard Gary Black, 85, has been charged with second-degree murder following the fatal shooting of his business partner, Robert Roger Arguelles, 59. Earlier that day, Black had attempted to withdraw from the agreement but was denied by a judge.
