Lake Berryessa’s “glory hole,” a unique spillway in Napa County, is drawing crowds as atmospheric rivers cause the man-made reservoir to overflow for the first time in years. The Morning Glory Hole spillway, only used 25 times in its history, releases water 200 feet down into Putah Creek and is a rare sight.
