No ‘Child Porn’, Say ‘Child Sexually Abusive And Exploitative Material’: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court ruled that the term “Child Pornography” should be replaced with “child sexually abusive and exploitative material” in defining such cases. All courts were directed to follow this guideline. The court emphasized the seriousness of storing and watching such material.
