Court Orders Ritesh Mani to Pay 0,000 to Supplier
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Auckland property developer Ritesh Mani, previously bankrupted twice, has been ordered to personally pay over $750,000 following the liquidation of his latest venture, Eco-Smart Group, which left him indebted to suppliers. His former company, Tribeca Homes, went into liquidation with debts of $4.8 million and failed to honor 44 home contracts. Despite a previous ban on business activities, Mani resumed operations and guaranteed Eco-Smart’s obligations, which ultimately failed in late 2024. The High Court ruling highlights his financial mismanagement and ongoing struggles in the property sector.
