Nintendo Switch 2 details: Price, screen size, controllers, microphone chat and games

Nintendo revealed details of the Switch 2 in a launch video, set to release on June 5 for $449.99 with games like “Mario Kart World” and “Street Fighter 6.” The new console is a bigger and faster version of the Nintendo Switch, featuring a 7.9-inch 1080p screen, improved controllers, 256GB storage, and a new “C” button for a Game Chat app. Enhanced hardware allows for bigger worlds and more immersive experiences, with Mario Kart World supporting 24 players and a price increase to $80, compared to the $60 cost for Switch games, and the console itself seeing a price hike from its $300 predecessor.
