Ninove introduces home ID card service for reduced mobility

Ninove’s new “Loket aan huis” service helps those unable to visit city hall by sending workers to their homes to assist with getting a new ID card, benefiting individuals like Yolande Doomst. Guy D’haeseleer supports expanding the service to make it easier for people with reduced mobility to access essential city services like obtaining ID cards. The city is also working on enabling online payment for ID cards to further streamline the process and ensure equal access for all residents.
