A 14-year-old boy and a 33-year-old man have been charged following the accidental shooting death of a nine-year-old boy on a rural property in Windellama, NSW. Emergency services responded to the scene after reports of a shooting, but the child succumbed to serious neck injuries. The teenager faces charges for possessing an unauthorised firearm, while the man is charged with allowing an unauthorised person to possess a firearm and failing to store it safely; both are scheduled to appear in court later this year.
