An international NGO, the Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC), reported that its ship, Conscience, was struck by two drones near Malta while en route to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza. The coalition accused Israel of the attack and is in discussions with the Maltese government for repairs, emphasizing that the ship poses no sinking risk but needs assurance of safety from further assaults. Prime Minister Robert Abela affirmed Malta’s readiness to assist, contingent on verification that the vessel carries only humanitarian supplies, while tensions continue to mount regarding the blockade of Gaza.
