Minnesota shootings suspect was a ‘prepper’, FBI says

The suspect, Vance Luther Boelter, 57, has been charged with the fatal shooting of Minnesota lawmaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, along with injuring State Senator John Hoffman and his wife. Described by the FBI as a doomsday “prepper,” Boelter allegedly planned to target multiple political figures, using a police disguise to gain access to his victims’ homes.
