Court of Appeal dismisses Angus McKenzie’s $5m claim against ASB Bank

A man, Angus McKenzie, sought $2.5 million in relief from ASB Bank in the High Court, which was denied. He then attempted to claim $500,000 for issues including the unexplained disappearance of $18 from his account and the bank’s alleged misleading information about a branch location, but this request also failed.
