New program will help Nunavik education workers get college certificates

Nunavik school board Kativik Ilisarniliriniq has partnered with Vanier College to offer the Integrated Support Technician Attestation of College Studies through a fly-in teaching program, allowing education employees who work with vulnerable students to attain college-level certification. This initiative aims to provide specialized training for those working with the region’s most vulnerable students in Nunavik, offering them the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge. The program will help address the unique needs of students in the area and improve the quality of education provided to them.
