2 accused of helping New Orleans inmates who escaped from jail

Two individuals, Cortnie Harris and Corvanntay Baptiste, were arrested for allegedly aiding the escape of inmates from a New Orleans jail, as confirmed by the Louisiana State Police. Harris is accused of transporting two of the escaped inmates and communicating with another still at large, while Baptiste allegedly provided food to escaped inmate Corey Boyd, who was recaptured on Tuesday. This incident is part of a broader investigation into the jailbreak, where ten inmates escaped, with five still unaccounted for.
