New Delhi railway station redevelopment tender reissued, says RLDA | India News

The Ministry of Railways has restarted the redevelopment of New Delhi railway station after years of delays, with a tender worth Rs 2,469 crore. The project aims to transform the station into an integrated transportation hub connecting rail, metro, bus, and other modes of transport for passenger convenience. The project includes construction of station buildings, concourse, retail areas, and infrastructure improvements, transitioning from a PPP to an EPC mode due to cost concerns and previous failed bids.
