Nations League: What next as group stage ends and how is World Cup affected?

Promotion/relegation play-offs in March will see third-placed teams in League A face second-placed teams in League B to secure a spot in League A. Simultaneously, third-place teams in League B will compete against second-placed teams in League C for a spot in League B. Lastly, nations at the bottom of League C will battle for a place against the runners-up of League D. Teams involved include Austria, Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Scotland, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo or Romania, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Gibraltar, Latvia, Luxembourg, and Malta.
