National MP renews vow to ‘lie on tracks’ to stop rail project, now on fast-track

National MP Greg Fleming is open to lying on train tracks to stop a rail line in Auckland’s Onehunga neighborhood, although his opposition has softened since his party fast-tracked the project. Despite his initial strong stance, Fleming’s position has somewhat shifted due to the project’s inclusion on the party’s list.
