A recent mystery in Ireland, where a supposed lion was spotted roaming in East Clare, has been resolved; it was actually a Newfoundland dog named Mouse with a new haircut. A viral video captured by a trucker sparked confusion, leading the Gardaí to clarify the dog’s identity. Concerns were raised about the dog’s shaved fur, as it can disrupt temperature regulation for the breed. Fortunately, locals expressed relief that the friendly dog was safe, avoiding any potential hunting incidents.
