17-Year-Old Girl Struck by Car Near Zambrero on Leach Highway

A 17-year-old girl was hospitalized with an upper leg injury after being struck by a car near a fast food outlet in Myaree, close to Leach Highway and Marshall Road, just before 4:30 PM on Wednesday. The girl was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Emergency response footage showed multiple ambulances and road traffic police at the scene near a Zambrero restaurant. Authorities are investigating the incident.
