Mum and grandmother sentenced for involvement in drug ring

A 23-year-old mother, Chloe Hodgkin, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for her involvement in a family-run drug gang led by 65-year-old Deborah Mason. Found guilty of conspiracy to supply cocaine, Hodgkin played a significant role in delivering 155kg of the drug across the UK. The court acknowledged her young age and the impact on her child, reducing her sentence by two years. The organized crime group received a total of 106 years and six months in prison for distributing nearly a ton of cocaine.
