China accused the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) of orchestrating a “premeditated” cyber attack on the National Time Service Center (NTSC), labeling the U.S. as a “hacker empire” and a major disruptor in cyberspace. The Ministry of State Security (MSS) claimed to have found “irrefutable evidence” of the NSA’s involvement in this intrusion.
