In a tragic incident on the M50 between Blanchardstown and Lucan, a motorcyclist in his 50s named Christian Rasmussen was killed after a collision with a car. The southbound carriageway was closed for investigation, with Gardaí appealing for witnesses and camera footage. Passing motorists attempted to assist the victim before emergency services arrived, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
