Morocco has arrested 10 suspects connected to the ISIL affiliate in the Sahel Province, disrupting a planned attack. The Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations conducted simultaneous raids across multiple cities, seizing bladed weapons, military-style clothing, bomb-making instructions, and a modified vehicle. Authorities found a warehouse containing butane gas cylinders and pressure cookers filled with nails, indicating the group’s plans were well advanced. Despite Morocco’s relative safety, 130 citizens have reportedly joined the ISSP in recent years.
