Firefighters in Karachi are searching for over 65 missing people after a massive fire at the Gul Plaza shopping mall killed six and injured 20. The fire, which started on Saturday night, spread rapidly due to the building’s poor ventilation and the flammable materials inside. Sindh police chief Javed Alam Odho indicated it was likely caused by a circuit breaker. Rescuers faced challenges due to the smoke-filled structure, and shop owners expressed devastation over their lost businesses.
