Over 600 Shia pilgrims in Iraq were hospitalized with respiratory issues due to a chlorine gas leak from a water treatment station on the Karbala-Najaf Road. The Ministry of Health reported that all affected individuals have received treatment and left the hospital in good health, as millions prepare to commemorate the Arbaeen pilgrimage in Karbala.
