The National Weather Service warned that the winter storm was not over, with more snow and below zero windchills expected in Illinois and Indiana. Accumulating snow was possible Friday afternoon and evening, with frigid temperatures continuing into the weekend. Windchills as low as 25 below zero were expected Monday morning, with current temperatures at O’Hare and Midway Airports in the teens.
