Mitsubishi’s ASX-sized Xforce SUV in South-East Asia now offers a hybrid powertrain from the Xpander HEV, featuring a 1.6L four-cylinder engine, electric motor, and two-speed transmission. Despite improved fuel efficiency and advanced features like autonomous emergency braking and wireless phone charging, the Xforce HEV is unlikely to come to Australia due to non-compliance with local regulations, and won’t replace the ASX in the market. Mitsubishi continues to offer a range of new car deals through CarExpert, showcasing the latest technology and safety features in their vehicles.
