Housing Projects in Perth
Fourteen new housing projects in Perth, set to deliver over 1000 affordable and social homes, have been announced by Housing Minister John Carey as part of a larger goal to build 24,000 new homes annually in WA. Funded through the Federal Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund and a $443 million contribution from the State Government, these projects include a significant transit-oriented development at Pier Street, featuring 30% social housing.
