Microsoft just gave Edge a great new feature to ensure the browser doesn’t slow down the PC, and it’s tempting me to switch from Google Chrome

Microsoft Edge now allows users to control how much RAM the browser uses, with a slider to adjust allocation from the full system RAM to as little as 1GB, especially beneficial for gamers. The new resource controls panel offers the option to limit RAM usage all the time or only during gaming, providing a smoother gameplay experience. This feature gives Edge an advantage over Chrome, as it offers more customizable control over memory allocation for improved performance.
