Microsoft is enhancing the Advanced Paste tool in PowerToys for Windows 11 with an on-device AI model in its 0.96 update. Users can now utilize AI features like text translation and summarization without needing cloud access or API credits, ensuring data remains on their device. The update also allows integration with multiple online models, including Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Mistral, and introduces a new design displaying clipboard content and a model selection menu.
