The company’s new name is inspired by the sea palm Eisenia Arborea, symbolizing its role as an energy transformation enabler. Aesen operates a fleet of over 120 vessels and offers integrated logistics solutions across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions.

MOL spends $1.7bn buying Dutch tank terminal operator
Japanese shipowner MOL is acquiring LBC Tank Terminals for $1.72bn, expanding its presence in chemical storage in Europe and the US. LBC operates seven terminals with a total capacity of 3m cu m, including facilities for rail and truck transport.
