Michael Jordan's Chicago home sold for $9.5 million after decade on the market

Michael Jordan’s 32,683 square-foot mansion in Highland Park, Illinois, sold for $9.5 million, marking a 67% price cut from its original asking price of $29 million when it hit the market in 2013. The two-story home, built in 1995, includes nine bedrooms, 19 baths, a regulation-sized basketball court, putting green, tennis court, cigar room, circular infinity pool, library, and a 14-car garage, with a gate featuring Jordan’s jersey number “23” welcoming visitors. The sale was completed after entering escrow in September and being listed for $14.8 million in 2015 before being removed in 2021.
