Mel Pemble Wins World Title After Paralympic Setback

Mel Pemble, a Para cyclist from Victoria, has won 11 world championship medals, including four at the recent event in Rio, where she claimed gold in the sprint. After finishing fourth at the 2024 Paris Paralympics, Pemble rebounded with her best medal haul, marking a personal triumph as she aims for L.A. 2028. Competing in the C-class, she has transitioned from alpine skiing to cycling, focusing on endurance for future events.
