Medical transport jet carrying child patient and mother, 4 others, crashes in Philadelphia

A medical transport jet carrying a child patient, her mother, and four crew members from Mexico crashed in a Philadelphia neighborhood shortly after takeoff, resulting in fatalities. The child was being transported home to Mexico after receiving treatment in Philadelphia. The crash, which occurred near a shopping mall, is under investigation by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
