Auckland streets host Halloween celebrations with costumes and candy

Hundreds of children, parents, and dogs paraded through the streets of Auckland in various costumes for Halloween. Popular trick-or-treating locations anticipated over 600 participants, with homeowners stocking up on as much as 8kg of candy. On Marsden Ave in Mt Eden, children engaged in tricks and games to earn their treats, including a challenge to successfully flip a bottle before receiving sweets. The festive atmosphere showcased community spirit and creativity during the holiday.
