McDonald’s Locations Disappearing in Downtown Chicago
McDonald’s announced the closure of its beverage-focused chain, CosMc’s, just two years after its launch, with closures set to begin in June. The chain, which aimed to compete with Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts, will shut down all five existing locations in Illinois and Texas, while McDonald’s plans to incorporate some of CosMc’s innovative drinks into its main menu.
