Mavericks’ Anthony Davis ‘making good progress,’ will miss another 2 weeks with left adductor strain

Anthony Davis will miss another two weeks due to a left adductor strain sustained during a Feb. 8 game against the Houston Rockets, in which he scored 26 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in his Mavericks debut before exiting the court. Despite making progress, Davis will be re-evaluated in two weeks by the Mavericks, who won two of their final three games without him and will resume their season with 26 games left sitting eighth in the Western Conference with a 30-26 record.
