Matildas to play Brazil in two internationals in Brisbane, Gold Coast

The Matildas are scheduled to face 2024 Olympic silver medallists Brazil in two international friendlies in Queensland, with the first match set for November 28 at Brisbane’s Lang Park. Currently under interim coach Tom Sermanni, the Matildas are aiming to have a permanent coach in place by the time of the friendlies, marking their first game since the FIFA Women’s World Cup. This will also be Brazil’s first return to Brisbane since the 2023 World Cup.
