Those prone to hay fever should prepare for heightened symptoms, especially as tree pollen season begins, affecting 10% to 30% of adults and 40% of children. Fortunately, Scotland will experience ‘low’ pollen levels, providing some relief by Sunday when counts are predicted to decrease.
