Maniac accused of randomly shoving woman, 82, onto NYC subway tracks is charged with attempted murder: cops

Brandon Harris, a 35-year-old man living near the Flushing-Main Street No. 7 station in Queens, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and felony assault for shoving an 82-year-old woman onto the subway tracks. The attack, which occurred in broad daylight while the train was in the station, was reportedly random as the victim and Harris were strangers. The maniacal act led to the arrest of Harris, who now faces serious criminal charges for the vicious assault.
