Man charged with murder after body found on gravel track

A 30-year-old man from Rivervale has been charged with murder following the discovery of a deceased 27-year-old man on a gravel track near bushland in Yanchep. Emergency services found the victim unresponsive on Sunday evening, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Neighbors reported hearing yelling prior to police arrival.
