Man caught naked on patio by Google Street View awarded more than £9,000

A police officer in Argentina received over £9,000 in compensation after being photographed naked on his patio by a Google Street View car, which the courts ruled was an invasion of privacy. Although a lower court initially sided with Google, appellate judges determined the image was taken within the officer’s home environment, thus undermining his dignity.
