Man, 51, killed in domestic-related shooting, Chicago police say

A 51-year-old man was killed in a domestic-related shooting in South Chicago, as reported by Chicago police. The man was involved in a physical altercation with a woman he knew, resulting in her shooting him in the head at a residence on South Muskegon Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center, while the woman was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital for treatment. Detectives are currently investigating the incident.
