Major Update on Alex Murdaugh Juror’s Battle to Make Dismissal Public

The state of South Carolina and Alex Murdaugh’s legal team addressed a juror’s request to disclose the records of her dismissal following Murdaugh’s murder convictions last year. Murdaugh, a former lawyer, was found guilty of killing his wife and son at their home in 2021 and was sentenced to two consecutive life terms without parole. He also received a 40-year sentence for federal financial crimes.
