The latest 2025 Generosity Report reveals that New Zealanders donated $31.6 million through Givealittle this financial year, with Auckland leading at $14.2 million. Notable causes included funding for overseas cancer treatment, the Relief Aid Gaza Appeal, and support for flood-hit Wairoa. Gisborne residents were the most generous per donation, averaging $108, while Northland followed closely with $100. Givealittle CEO Lythan Chapman acknowledged the challenging year for both households and charities.
