Lindsey Halligan, the former interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, is under investigation by the Florida Bar following complaints about her conduct in cases against James Comey and Letitia James. A federal judge ruled her appointment was unconstitutional, leading to the dismissal of those cases. The Florida Bar confirmed it is monitoring the situation as complaints were previously filed by the Campaign for Accountability. Halligan has not responded to requests for comment.
