Lebanon receives first UN aid plane since Israel escalation

A UN airlift of medical supplies arrived in Lebanon, marking the first delivery since the recent conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. The World Health Organization sent 30 metric tonnes of trauma and surgical supplies to Beirut to treat thousands of people affected by the violence. Additional flights are scheduled to bring more supplies in the coming days.
