Global Affairs Canada is investigating the reported death of a Canadian in Lebanon and is providing support to the family. Following recent fatalities in Israeli airstrikes, Canadians in Lebanon are advised to leave on commercial flights. Over 1,050 Canadians have been assisted in leaving, with more than 25,000 registered nationals in Lebanon.
