Police fatally shoot man at Mar-a-Lago entrance

U.S. Secret Service agents and a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputy fatally shot a man who entered the secure perimeter of Mar-a-Lago with what appeared to be a shotgun and a fuel can. The suspect’s identity is withheld pending notification of next of kin, and no law enforcement personnel were injured. President Trump was not present during the incident, which is under investigation by the FBI and other agencies. The agents involved will be on administrative leave while the investigation is conducted.
